Refund Policy
Pura Belia Version 1.0 — June 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund for Pura Belia’s software products (including Fragua, Yunque and Temple, hereinafter “the Products”), purchased through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record.
This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and does not affect the rights granted to consumers on a mandatory basis by consumer protection law.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
2.1. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU and the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act) generally grants you a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from the purchase.
2.2. Digital content and loss of the right of withdrawal. The Products are digital content supplied immediately. Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply —or may be lost— once performance (download and/or activation) has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. You are informed of this during the purchase process.
2.3. Notwithstanding the above, Pura Belia maintains a customer-friendly refund policy described in Section 3.
3. Pura Belia’s refund policy
3.1. You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, provided the request does not show abusive use of this policy.
3.2. We recommend checking the system requirements and trying any available demo version before purchase, since avoidable incompatibility or a simple change of mind about a product already used extensively may not give rise to a refund outside the cases provided by law.
3.3. After a refund is granted, the license key will be deactivated and you must cease all use of the Product and delete all copies in your possession.
3.4. Pura Belia reserves the right to deny refund requests that show abuse of this policy (for example, repeated refunds of the same Product or evidence of continued use after the request).
4. How to request a refund
As Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are processed through its platform. You may:
- Reply to the purchase confirmation email you received from Lemon Squeezy, or
- Email us at info@purabelia.com stating your name, the purchase email address and the order number. We will forward or process your request with Lemon Squeezy.
We will aim to handle your request as quickly as possible. The time for the amount to actually be returned may depend on your bank or payment method.
5. Technical problems
If you encounter a technical problem with a Product, please contact us at info@purabelia.com before requesting a refund: in many cases we can resolve the issue quickly.
