Pura Belia is the trade name under which an independent developer based in Spain designs and distributes audio instruments and effects in plugin format (including Fragua, Yunque and Temple), hereinafter “the Products”.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website purabelia.com (the “Website”), which Pura Belia makes available to internet users for informational and product-presentation purposes.

Browsing the Website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of all the clauses in this Legal Notice. Users who disagree with its content must refrain from using the Website.

“Pura Belia”, “Fragua”, “Yunque” and “Temple” are trademarks of Pura Belia. Access to the Website grants the user no right or title over such content or trademarks. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without Pura Belia’s prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Use of the software (the Products) is governed by the corresponding End User License Agreement (EULA) of each Product, which the user accepts at the time of installation.

5. Disclaimer of liability

Pura Belia endeavours to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Website. Pura Belia shall not be liable for:

  • Damages arising from the unavailability, failures or interruptions of the Website, or from errors or omissions in its content.
  • Damages caused by viruses or malicious software present in the content, despite having adopted appropriate technological measures.
  • Improper or unlawful use that third parties may make of the Website or its content.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (for example, the payment and distribution platform Lemon Squeezy, or social networks). Pura Belia assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of such sites, which are managed by their respective owners. The inclusion of a link does not imply any relationship, approval or recommendation.

7. Sales and payment platform

The Products are sold and distributed through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes and refunds. Purchase conditions are detailed in the Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy.

8. Data protection and cookies

The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts of the city of Madrid (Spain), unless consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
